2.4. Dealable24 may refuse to provide Services, respond to an Inquiry, publish a Listing, or continue communications with any User at any time, in particular where compliance, integrity, reputational, or legal risks are identified.
3. No Brokerage, No Agency, No Fiduciary Relationship
3.1. Dealable24 is not a party to any transaction between Users. Dealable24 does not represent buyers or sellers by default and does not act as an agent for either party unless expressly agreed in writing.
3.2. Use of the Website does not create any brokerage, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between Dealable24 and any User.
3.3. Users remain solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes relating to any potential transaction, including due diligence, negotiations, legal documentation, regulatory approvals, and closing.
4. Listings, Information Disclaimer, and No Reliance
4.1. Listings and any other content on the Website may be based on information provided by Third Parties and/or compiled from multiple sources. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Dealable24 does not guarantee that Listings are complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
4.2. The Website does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any company, security, financial instrument, or regulated product.
4.3. Users must not rely on the Website content as legal, regulatory, financial, tax, or investment advice. Any reliance on information from the Website is at the User's sole risk.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dealable24 from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- your breach of these Terms
- your unlawful use of the Website
- your violation of Third Party rights (including confidentiality, IP, or data protection rights)

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
